Notes : acacia flowers and apricot scent on the nose. Fruity on the palate, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.

Vinification & Aging: Soft pressing of the freshly picked grapes, selecting the free-run must. Fermentation is carried out in an autoclave at 15-16° C until reaching 4-5% vol and approximately 2 bar of pressure. Cooling to 0° C follows to stop the fermentation. The wine is then filtered and bottled.

Pairings: Always paired with desserts, but it is worth trying with ice cream or...on ice cream. If you want, dare to pair it with oysters or spicy samosas at aperitif time and you will be surprised.
