A liqueur made from fresh plants grown in the Domaine des Creissauds in Aubagne, Provence. Selected herbs harvested only between May and September, whose macerates are assembled and then left to age for 6 - 10 months. A vintage Pastis that, like all great wines, is influenced by climate variations. On the nose, the scent of anise appears clear and intense, accompanied by rosemary and pine resin; a taste that tends towards the wild, slightly spicy, peppery, with veiled notes of lavender. A complex, soft, enveloping finish with an aftertaste of cayenne pepper.
