Intense and fruity finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eVinification \u0026amp; Aging:\u003c\/strong\u003e Once the harvest is over, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar and destemmed. The free-run must thus obtained, after adding selected yeasts, is sent to fermentation which takes place at a controlled temperature between 24° and 26°, for about 15 days, 10 of which in contact with the skins.
