Notes : Aroma of fresh berries and cherry, with a hint of violet. Delicate and well-integrated notes of wood. In the mouth it is crisp, full-bodied and with a clean finish.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are hand-picked once they are fully ripe with a perfect balance of sugar and acidity and with perfect skins. The grapes are destemmed and fermentation tanks are filled with grape must, skins and berries. A percentage of the wine goes through careful pre-fermentation via cold maceration to bring out the fresh fruit aromas. The remainder ferments at high temperatures to create body and structure. Aging takes place for 5% in lightly toasted French oak barrels for 12 months. Then in bottle for a further 4 months to create a harmonious wine.

Pairings : A convivial wine, excellent for its freshness to be enjoyed in company. Perfect pairings with Argentinean dishes, grilled meats and cold cuts.
