At the end, a touch of honey and candied orange. On the palate it reveals all the quality of this vintage. The power is expressed by toasted notes and candied white fruit. The elegance translates into a perfect balance between maturity and freshness with a sweet and lively fruitiness at the same time. A chalky frame lets the beautiful length of this wine express itself.

Vinification & Aging : Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Minimum aging of 8 years in the cellar. Dosage: 8g/l

Pairings : Perfect with bricks with meat and mustard, cod back with parmesan crumble, chorizo, chicken with tomato sauce.
