The main grape variety of the Champagne it's right in the Côte des Blancs , a golden expanse south of Epernay, where the horizons are dominated by some of the region's finest vineyards. Here, the main grape variety is Chardonnay , and in the Crus of Avize , Cramant , Oger , and Mesnil-sur-Oger , it reaches very high levels of quality, creating some of the finest Blanc de Blancs Champagnes.
