Notes : Dense, fine and creamy perlage. Notes of ripe fruit, wild flowers and bread crust stand out on the nose. On the palate it is vertical, salty and pleasant.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest in crates in the last ten days of August. Manual emptying of the 20 kg crates into the press, soft pressing (must yield approximately 50%) and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18°C ​​for 10 days.
Base wine refinement: in steel for about 8 months. Tirage: July 2020. Disgorgement: June 2023. 34 months on the lees.

Pairings: Perfect with seafood and aperitifs.
