Notes: On the nose it offers a range of fragrances that go from bread crust to vanilla tones, on a background of ripe apple cream and dried fruit. The taste is full with notes of ripe apple on a background of citrus and hazelnut. A fresh and lively wine, full and solidly structured, with a very persistent finish, just like its very fine perlage.

Vinification & Aging: Grapes harvested exclusively by hand, with a 36-month stay on the lees to enhance its soft elegance.

Pairings: excellent as an aperitif.
