Notes : On the nose it is structured, hints of fruit, white pulp, exotic aromas, nuances of ginger conclude the olfactory experience.
On the palate it is harmonious and elegant, on tasting the freshness persists giving it a unique drinkability characteristic.

Vinification & Aging: In this way we obtain an enrichment of the wine in terms of aromas and structure,
with the guarantee of excellent longevity. All the processes carried out from the grape harvest to the maceration are carried out cold to avoid extracting too much colouring matter, hence the name cryomaceration. For the subsequent operations the wine rests for a few months in the amphorae until it is transferred to the tanks of
steel for subsequent bottling.

Pairings : It goes very well with appetizers and first courses.
