Notes: Elegant, with a strong flavour. Fruity and with hints of wood, It presents itself to the nose with notes of violet and rose, berries, cherry, spicy notes. The taste is fresh, savoury and persistent.

Vinification & Aging: Alcoholic vinification in 225 lt barriques, without temperature control. Aging in barriques for approximately three months.

Pairings: Versatile, both for white meat and fish dishes, excellent as an aperitif.
