Notes : It is lively and bursting with fruit, with aromas of citrus, cut grass, apple. The crisp attack in the mouth gives way to a rich and rounded palate and a finish full of freshness with nuances of minerality.

Vinification & Aging: Vineyards facing South-West on soil 80% siliceous clay and 20% clayey limestone, harvested manually. Selected yeasts for induced fermentation. Aging in steel.

Pairings : Excellent with seafood, grilled fish and white meats.
