Name: Pays d'Oc PGI

Notes : On the nose, notes of exotic fruit and citrus. In the mouth it is elegant, harmonious and very aromatic, hints of apricot are perceived.

Vinification & Aging: Vineyards of the portion of "La Moure", a vineyard planted in 1982 on basaltic soil. Mechanical harvest at night and on dry days and performed in two stages to avoid oxidation of the grapes. Fermentation only with indigenous yeasts and low fermentation for 15 days.

Pairings : Excellent with fish carpaccio, salmon, grilled sole, fish soups. Perfect as an aperitif.
