Name: Sannio DOP

Notes: Delicately exotic and floral aroma. Dry, harmonious, savoury and balanced on the palate.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar; the grapes are then destemmed and softly pressed using the cryomaceration technique with fermentation in stainless steel for about 15 days at a controlled temperature. The product is bottled starting in March.

Pairings: It pairs well with seafood and meat appetizers and first courses, grilled vegetables, pizza without tomato.
