Vinification & Aging: This is where the world-famous Chardonnay comes from, taking its name from a village in the Mâconnais. Between the Saône plain and the Beaujolais mountains, the Mâconnais has a type of siliceous and granitic soil ideal for growing vines. The juice is slowly extracted at low pressure by gentle pressing to preserve the integrity of the fruit. Filtering at the end of the process ensures that the wine is as it is, as clear and bright as possible. Aging in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature allows the wine to retain all its freshness.

Pairings : Equally expressive before and during the meal, it has a predilection for chicken, fried food, goat cheese salad.
