Note : Vermentino is without a doubt the emblematic wine of the Tuscan coast. Tenuta Fertuna's Vermentino is pleasantly fruity, expressing all the aromas of the Tuscan scrub with hints of broom and fresh fruit. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with a pleasantly savoury finish.

Vinification & Aging: A soft pressing of the grapes is followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14-16°C), for a period of 20 days. No passage in wood. Brief refinement in bottle.

Pairings : Perfect with Tuscan fish dishes and vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif.
