Notes: A nose of finesse and territory. Small red fruits, mint and black pepper. On the palate, the juiciness of the small red fruits marries with the extractive roundness, giving fullness and dynamism to the savoury finish.

Vinification & Aging : grapes vinified in steel with a brief contact with the skins. Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains in steel on its yeasts for six months.

Pairings: perfect for aperitifs, crostini with burrata and courgette flowers, spaghetti with sea urchins.
