Name: Colli Euganei Riserva DOC

Notes : Broad and intense nose with spicy and vanilla notes. The scents of ripe red fruit stand out. On the palate it is intense and persistent in body. Soft and enveloping on the palate with an excellent aftertaste persistence.

Vinification & Aging: After having brought the grapes to an optimal harvest time, checked the perfect state of health and the concentration of sugars and other components in the grapes, the vinification in the presence of the oenologist is carried out in such a way as to highlight the characteristics of the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes through prolonged contact at a controlled temperature between the must and the skins, to allow the complete release of all the characteristics. At the end of the fermentations the wine rests in fine oak barriques for 15-18 months during which it is completely refined, acquiring aromas and softness. A further stay in the bottle completes the maturation, preparing it for an optimal tasting.

Pairings: Perfect with red meats, mature cheeses, also as an after-dinner drink.
