Note : Qobbay Monastery is one of the most significant red wines of the Mount Lebanon region. A blend of 2 grape varieties, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, extremely representative of the terroir that we find in the woody and spicy notes combined with hints of dark fruit. On the palate we perceive a delicate tannin with a long and fruity finish.
Vinification & Aging: Organic grapes from the vineyard at the foot of the monastery are vinified with minimal intervention. Aging in wood that gives softness and roundness.
Pairings : A perfect wine to pair with cold cuts and mature cheeses.
