Notes: The nose is dominated by aromas of yellow fruit, pineapple and orange peel. Notes of hazelnut and caramel. Fresh taste, acidity of Alpine origin. Round and harmonious.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest in the third ten days of September, destemming, soft pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lees for approximately 8 months in 228-liter "pièces" of first, second and third passage French oak, aging in the bottle for approximately 6 months before being released for sale

Pairings: dishes with seafood and shellfish, white meats and grilled vegetables.
