The Sipsmith distillery began its activity in 2009, in a small laboratory in Hammersmith, a district of London. It was founded by two childhood friends originally from Cornwall, Fairfax Hall and Sam Galsworthy. Together they shared a passion for things well done and together they decided to start this new adventure. To create a traditional distillery with copper stills, to create a quality London Dry Gin, right in the city from which this distillate takes its name. Each phase of the work process is therefore taken care of in the smallest details. And the result is here to taste. The quintessence of a classic and traditional London Dry Gin. Complex and aromatic. Ten different botanicals, left to infuse, from different parts of the world. And the distillation that uses an imposing discontinuous copper still. Perfect for an evening with friends.

La distilleria Sipsmith inizia la sua attività nel 2009, in un piccolo laboratorio di Hammersmith, quartiere di Londra. La fondano due amici d'infanzia originari della Cornovaglia, Fairfax Hall e Sam Galsworthy. Insieme condividono la passione per le cose ben fatte e insieme decisero di dar inizio a questa nuova avventura. Dar vita a una distilleria tradizionale con alambicchi di rame, per creare un London Dry Gin di qualità, proprio nella città da cui questo distillato prende il nome. Ogni fase del processo lavorativo viene quindi curata nei minimi dettagli. E il risultato è qui da assaggiare. La quintessenza di un London Dry Gin classico e tradizionale. Complesso e aromatico. Dieci diverse botaniche, lasciate in infusione, provenienti da diverse parti del mondo. E la distillazione che si avvale di un imponente alambicco di rame discontinuo.
