Notes : Pleasant harmony of pear aromas, floral notes and mineral hints. In the mouth it is balanced with a slightly citrus finish and white fruit flavors.

Vinification & Aging: the grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar where they are destemmed. After a 24-hour cold maceration, 1/3 of the volume is aged in barrels for 4 months.

Pairings : Excellent with seafood, grilled fish and white meats.
