Notes: The nose explodes with hints of dried fruit, yellow peach, myrtle, rosemary, wild flowers, mineral notes of chalk. The palate is dry, soft, savory and fresh. Light tannin.

Vinification & Aging: 12 months on the fine lees. 80% of the wine is aged in steel and the remainder in barrique. Another 6 months of rest in the bottle.

Pairings : ideal with white meats, porchetta, fish and shellfish, structured first courses, vegetable soups.
