Notes: The nose is intense, with notes of exotic fruit, vanilla and mineral hints. The palate is savoury, soft but round, with a pleasant finish of ripe apple and almond. Long persistence.

Vinification & Aging: The selected grapes that arrive in the cellar are subjected to a low-temperature maceration treatment, about 10°C for 8 hours, through which the varietal characteristics are enhanced. Subsequently, through a soft pressing of the whole grapes, a maximum yield of 60% in must is obtained. The first part of the fermentation is carried out in steel at a controlled temperature, towards the end about 30% of the product is moved to barriques where the fermentation will finish and it will be refined for a few months .

Pairings: Excellent with shellfish and crustacean appetizers, fish-based first and second courses, white meats and sushi.
