Notes : It opens with hints of fresh fruit such as cherry and pomegranate. It continues with peppery notes and some herbaceous touches. On the palate it is decisive with vivid freshness and tannins present but not invasive. The finish is satisfying outlined on notes of red fruit. A wine with a warm, soft and velvety sip with elegant tannins that pair well with pizzas with important ingredients.

Vinification & Aging: Once the harvest is over, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar and destemmed. The free-run must thus obtained, after adding selected yeasts, is sent to fermentation which takes place at a controlled temperature between 24° and 26°, for about 15 days, 10 of which in contact with the skins. The resulting wine rests in vitrified cement tanks, where it ages for 5/6 months, before bottling.
