Note: Martha Stoumen's story is that of a winemaker who had to travel a long way and meet the world to return home and translate her territory into wines with an identity, capable of telling the story of California and Sonoma County in a clear and direct way. After eight years spent gaining experience in various winemaking areas in Tuscany, California, France, Germany, Sicily and New Zealand, Martha decided to clean up the wealth of winemaking knowledge she had acquired and make natural winemaking, directly growing part of the grapes used, and sourcing the remainder from organic and biodynamic winemakers.

This wine smells of grapes, tomatoes and wild berries. In the mouth notes of dark cocoa powder and blackberry juice.

Vinification & Aging: Destemmed grapes, dry pressed. Aged on yeasts for 12 months, components racked, assembled and returned to barrel for another 6 months before bottling. Unrefined. Unfiltered. Sediment expected.

Pairings : It is a wine to be tasted and meditated on, it is perfect with grilled red meat and dishes with truffles.
