Notes: Fresh and pink in color, thanks to the suspended yeasts, it has a marked hint of bread crust and small pastries. White flowers, aromas of green grass, apricot and slight hints of plum jam . Just a hint of tannin.

Vinification & Aging : A harvest is made
preventive to maintain the acidity level and then proceed to the white pressing with the must remaining on the skins for about three hours. This gives a pink color to the wine and gives some traits of Sangiovese. The wine undergoes an initial fermentation with its natural yeasts, is filtered and then inoculated
with technical yeasts to achieve a refinement of both taste and atmosphere in the bottle.

Pairings: Pleasant both as an aperitif and to accompany a dessert.
