Name: Sannio DOP

Notes: Pleasant aroma with hints of ripe fruit, with some notes of strawberry and raspberry. The flavor is fresh, dry and balanced.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are harvested slightly ahead of their ripening, cooled upon unloading and then pressed to facilitate, with cryomaceration and a light soft pressing, the extraction of the noblest substances that will bring freshness and aromas to the future wine. The fermentation in white, at low temperature and the subsequent aging in the cellar, allow us to obtain a wine of certain excellence.

Pairings: Serve with risottos and lightly seasoned first courses, fish soups or similar, scallops with mushrooms, grilled fish.
