Notes : Acacia flowers, wild flowers, citrus fragrances, aromas of lime peel, ripe white peach, Williams pear, soft nuances of pastry and honey, hints of bread crust and soft spices. The sip is particularly intense and complex.

Vinification & Aging: The Franciacorta Brut "Contessa Maggi" from the Tenuta Montenisa Antinori winery is a vintage sparkling wine produced in one of the most renowned areas for this type of label. It is made with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes and then refined for at least 40 months on its own yeasts.
