Notes: Only organic grapes. An elegant and full wine, with hints and aromas of berries. On the palate it is harmonious and well structured, the tannins are persistent and at the same time soft.

Vinification & Aging : Aging for 38 months, of which at least 18 in wood.

We recommend aging for at least 5/8 years.

Pairings : Recommended with first courses based on mushrooms and cheeses, dishes with white Alba truffle, roasts and stews of red meat and game.
