The Premier Cru is of great aromatic complexity. The different climates each bring their own character to these wines. whites. The Montée de Tonnerre is considered the most complete of the first growths. It expresses all the minerality, the floral side, richness, a delicate and elegant wine.

Vinification & Aging: Mechanically harvested on south-east facing Kimmeridge clay soil. Induced fermentation with aging for 10 months in steel and 8 months in bottle.

Its shelf life varies from 3 to 10 years.

Pairings : It pairs very well with creamed or grilled white meats and roast fish.
