Notes : Delicacy and vinosity for the only rosé of the Brémont family. Aromas of red fruit, strawberries and cherries. On the palate it is affable, excellent harmony. Acidic finish and extreme freshness.

Vinification & Aging : blending of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, of which approximately 10% comes from previous years, in vats before the second fermentation of the white wines of the harvest year. Aging in the cellar for a minimum of 36 months on the lees. Dosage: 8g/l

Pairings : perfect for aperitifs, sashimi, poultry dishes. Excellent pairings with custard tarts with fresh fruit and berry tarts.
