Name: Chianti Riserva DOCG

Notes : Intense and complex, with light notes of blood orange, morello cherry, withered red flowers. Light smoky note. Great flavor and good freshness on the palate. Perfectly integrated tannic texture.

Vinification & Aging: Vinification in stainless steel for 15 days with maceration on the skins. Maturation for 30 months in 50hl stainless steel vats, followed by aging in bottle for 6 months.

Pairings : Excellent with game and traditional Tuscan dishes.
