Note : From Andrea Bruzzone's chinati was born a journey in search of conservation techniques used for products infused in the peasant tradition.

Being producers of the DOC wines of Valpolcevera, where the most famous is the white of Coronata, right in that hill of the Genoese hinterland they rediscovered an ancient formula where the wine was flavoured with noble spices and fine aromatic herbs, imported from the East through commercial exchanges of the great maritime city of Superba.

Since then, a small demijohn has been taken every year to be dedicated to the creation of our two Chinati, identifiable with the number 212 for the dry one, with a strong taste, thanks to the use of spices and bitter herbs, while with 213 the soft one, more delicate and fine, inside which you can find the tasty aroma of red fruits and with a higher sugar content to be able to pair with traditional desserts.
