Playing on harmony and pleasantness, it is rounded on the palate while maintaining a remarkable freshness with its notes of citrus and spices. Dressed in gold, this cuvée shines with a thousand lights and highlights the two white grape varieties of Burgundy. In its cradle, Chardonnay imposes its aromatic purity and minerality with finesse. Aligoté, more discreet, subtly reveals its boldness and freshness.

Vinification & Aging: Fermentation and aging of the base wine lasts 6 months in steel. Aged on the lees for 36 months.
