Notes: Floral nose of violet and dried rose, ripe fruit of morello cherry and small red fruits and sweet spice. Fresh, savoury and soft taste. Delicate tannins.

Vinification & Aging: Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (22°- 25° C); maceration on the skins for 14 days. Aging for 18 months in large French oak barrels (30 hl). Bottling, after 18 months of aging in wood.

Pairings: Excellent with first courses with meat sauces, porcini mushroom risotto, red meat second courses.
