Notes : A bright and sharp riesling, with an archetypal nose in which citrus and tropical fruit emerge, with hydrocarbon incursions and a mineral background. The sip is agile and vibrant in the fresh acidity enriched by a beautiful sapidity, with a finish slightly softened by the minimum residual sugar.

Vinification & Aging: The harvested grapes underwent 2 hours of maceration on the skins, the must was cold decanted for 5 days before being transferred to a small stainless steel tank for fermentation. The juice was inoculated with Epernay II yeast and underwent a long cold fermentation. The wine ages sur lie for 6 months. After racking, it ages 16 months in the bottle.
