Name : Hungary Tolna
Notes : The nose explodes with aromas of elderberry and rose, with herbaceous hints. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, balanced and with excellent acidity.
Vinification & Aging: The harvested grapes are transferred to the cellar, the bunches are selected, followed by destemming and soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature below 16° for 12/14 days. The wine ages in steel for a few months before being bottled.
Pairings : Excellent to taste with a seafood platter.
