Note : A total of 24 botanicals were needed to create it: rhubarb, cranberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry were added to the 19 botanicals of Citadelle Original. A slow infusion of these fresh fruits produces an aromatic profile faithful to Citadelle gin, but with a gourmet flavour, characterised by rhubarb and red fruits. With no added colourings or sugars, it has a characteristic transparent colour.
