Notes : Clean and intense nose, inviting to discovery, with decisive notes of red fruits, in particular ripe raspberries and blackberries, and spiciness of star anise, ginger, sweet licorice and black pepper. On the palate evident notes of pomegranate with a powerful entry that allows you to appreciate all its characteristics and a complex component of very ripe red fruits, silky and integrated tannin.

Vinification & Aging: Harvest end of September and beginning of October; manual harvest in 15 kg crates with selection of the bunch in the vineyard and selection of the grape in the cellar. Vinification in steel with temperature control, maceration from 10 to 18 days depending on the type of grape. Elevation in steel tanks for eighteen months on its fine lees applying bâtonnage. Aging in bottle for 4 months.

Pairings : It pairs perfectly with game dishes and grilled meats.
