Note : This wine surprises with its delicacy and generosity. Expressive, it offers a nose of orchard fruits and boxwood. On the palate it is fresh and expressive with appetizing notes of citrus and slightly spicy white flowers.

Vinification & Aging: Vineyards on clay soil. Mechanical harvest, fermentation at low temperature for 15 days.

Pairings : Perfect with a fillet of red mullet, spaghetti with clams and aperitifs. Excellent with Asian dishes.
