Name : Cannonau Passito DOC
Notes : A wine with a complex olfactory impact, ethereal with notes of plum, morello cherry, fruit in alcohol and spices. The taste is dominated by an enveloping, warm entrance, with notes of sweet fruit immediately evident. The important alcoholic base is tamed by a right acidity that gives freshness and pleasantness to drink. Very long finish that leaves the palate pleasantly satisfied.
Vinification & Aging: Aged in French oak barriques for 24 months and a further 12 months in the bottle.
Pairings : For meditation.
