Note: Peterleiten is the term used to classify the grapes chosen by Peter Sölva's father, selected from the 90-year-old vineyard on the hill of Lake Caldaro.

It is a classic blend of Schiava and Lagrein, a fruity wine that convinces with its elegant and complex character.

Vinification & Aging : Fermentation on the skins in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by aging in wooden barrels.

We recommend aging between 3 and 6 years.

Pairings : It is a wine for different occasions. We recommend it with South Tyrolean dishes such as canederli, boiled meat and smoked sausage with sauerkraut, Riebel with buckwheat, white meats and cheeses. Also excellent with grilled fish.
