Name: Pays d'Oc PGI

Notes : Well present nose with notes of red fruits combined with small hints of laurel. In the mouth it is round, full with present but sweet tannins.

Vinification & Aging: Old vines of 30 years on basaltic soil. Mechanical harvest, leavening on indigenous yeasts and fermentation at controlled temperature (26-32°) for 15 days.

Pairings : Its harmony allows it to be paired with grilled meat, grilled tuna fillet with concassée of tomatoes and basil.
