Notes: Intense nose, characteristic with light notes of nutmeg and elderflower. Fresh and tasty flavour, with a strong character, slightly aromatic and a full and pleasant body.

Vinification & Aging: Gentle processing and pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation on the noble lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.

Recommended pairings: light appetizers, baked or grilled seafood, creams, light egg-based dishes, excellent as an aperitif.
