Notes : Delicate nose with floral notes. On the palate it is fine, elegant with good freshness.
Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest in mid/late September, destemming and pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at 17°C for approximately 10 days, aging in steel tanks until spring with batonnage every 15 days.
Pairings: Excellent with grilled and marinated fish.
