Notes : Bouquet of citrus and red fruits to give a fresh, lively and easy-drinking ensemble.
Vinification & Aging: Vineyards on clay soil. Mechanical harvest, followed by maceration lasting 4 hours after pressing. Fermentation at 16-18° for 12 days.
Pairings : Perfect with grilled fish, red mullet, vegetable flans and desserts with red fruits.
