Vinification & Aging: Vinification in stainless steel for 15 days. Maturation for 12 months in 50hl stainless steel vats, followed by bottle aging for 3-6 months.
Pairings : Perfect pairing with aperitifs and starters based on traditional Tuscan cured meats and sliced meats.
