Notes : Floral on the nose with lively notes of red berries. Fresh fruit flavours on the palate, pleasant and enveloping. A wine with beautiful freshness.

Vinification & Aging: The bunches are selected and harvested by hand. Then the alcoholic fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (max 22 °C) in steel tanks and relatively short maceration (8-10 days) with the aim of obtaining a pleasant structure. Once this first part is finished, the pressing of the grapes begins in very few steps. No passage in barrels.

Pairings : To be paired with vegetable-based dishes, chorizo, Iberian ham and bread.
