Notes : Floral nose with notes of peach and exotic fruits (mango, lychee…). On the palate, fresh and generous, round and unctuous with a slightly spicy finish. Generally well balanced.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are harvested in the morning to maintain their aromatic quality. Total destemming of the grapes before direct pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 3 weeks.

Pairings : Perfect as an aperitif, with a fish or seafood dish, with ham, roast or grilled poultry, foie gras or a selection of cheeses.
