Notes: The aromas are a continuous evolution of a thousand floral and vegetal essences, all well blended together, with hints of mint, up to elderberry. It is a full wine, but fragrant and savory. It is a complex white wine.

Vinification & Aging: 90% refined in steel and 10% in tonneaux oak for 6 months with batonnage.

Pairings : A winner with asparagus, vegetable soups and risottos. With a nice roast fish, it enhances its fragrance. You can also dare to pair it with delicately spiced and slightly spicy dishes.
